Civil Engineering Education Requirements

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING

●Applicants should have good ethical personality, must obey the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and regulations of the university and must respect Chinese customs and their habits.

●Foreign citizen must have a valid passport must be in good mental and physical health.

Note: A medical examination form must be filled out by a medical practitioner and handed in with application forms.

●Applicant must be older than 18 years and younger than 30 years of age.

Note: A few universities accept applicants over the age of 30.

●The applicant must be in possession of a senior school degree and should have the appropriate qualifications and be able to meet all the requirements.

●The applicant should not obtain less than 60% score in science subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology.

General English language requirements for application to English-instructed programs:

●An English Language tests for students from English speaking countries has to be taken.

●Chinese- medium degree courses require the applicant to provide HSK examination results to prove their Chinese language proficiency.

Application Materials must include:

1.A  passport- sized photo

2.Photocopy of valid passport

3.Original copies of high school graduation certificate

4.Physical Examination Record
